Complementary WIFI is available on our entire fleet allowing passengers to check their e-mails, access their social networking sites or access the Internet whilst on the move.
When you select our network (Collins_Free_WiFi) a login page should pop up. Tick the ‘I accept the terms and conditions’ box and then click connect. This should give you free Wi-Fi access for the duration of your journey.
The Wi-Fi service is provided by Fleetconnect. If you are experiencing problems connecting to the Wi-Fi service please call the customer support number provided by Fleetconnect on 0818 333 388.
